PwC Canada needed to create a Tariff and Trade Policy Resource Centre page on their website to communicate their expertise to impacted businesses. I was briefed on the requirements and provided a digital engagement plan that outlined how to best achieve key performance indicators which included increased videos views, live webinar attendance, and subscriber acquisition. My recommendations for the UX were approved and I built the page using Adobe Experience Manager, adding components such as accordions, side bars, call to actions, video galleries, related content for cross promotion, custom CSS and a form in the contact section. This page was timely and had high visibility from Partners at the firm. Additionally, I provided post campaign metrics in Adobe Analytics.

PwC Canada was eager to refresh the Careers section of their website with a more dynamic and modern design. After gathering and confirming requirements, presented my recommendations on how the page hierarchy could be structured and content laid out. I developed a main page and six child pages in Adobe Experience Manager, fine-tuning elements with CSS where necessary. To enhance usability and visual appeal, I incorporated tab components to organize information clearly, and employed dark backgrounds to create strong contrast, allowing brand colours to stand out. I also requested for a designer to integrate custom graphic elements that aligned seamlessly with the firm’s visual identity.
